This is the Privasee network, it is a network made to offer people technology to prevent large internet corporations from tracking your every move. Data, specifically data from people is sold like oil, gold or any other item, it is a trillion dollar industry.
Companies track users a variety of ways, cookies, IP address, browsing habits, etc... by using a VPN you remove the ability for your ISP(internet service provider) from collecting data on you(DNS queries, traffic patterns, protocol usage, etc) with a properly configure VPN all you data goes from your computer through an encrypted tunnel to the VPN server where the VPN handles DNS and fetching any data you request. Combine that with multiple users using the same VPN node and ISP's and large internet service providers have trouble tracking you and making use of that data to make money. If you use VPNs, sign up for service using emails not associated to you(protonmail.com, etc..) you can remain relatively anonymous.
