Common questions
How many devices can I use?
Each plan lists a device limit. A device is one certificate - phone, laptop, router, whatever. You can revoke and re-add devices freely.
Do you keep logs?
We record connection start/stop and byte counters, because that is how plan limits are enforced. Real client IPs are stored as a salted hash by default and records are purged on a retention schedule.
Can I use P2P?
On locations marked P2P, yes. The network page shows which ones.
What happens when my plan expires?
Connections stop being authorised. Your certificates stay valid, so topping up brings everything back without reinstalling anything.
